Edmodo: Signing Up for a Parental Account

Good afternoon.

An increasing number of classes and teachers are making use of ‘Edmodo’, an ‘online classroom’ facility that allows for the sharing of notes, resources and work-related advice between teachers and pupils. One of the many useful features of Edmodo is the ability for parents/carers to keep tabs on what is happening in their child’s class. This is a facility I would encourage parents to make use of as anything that allows us to improve the regularity and quality of communication between the school and parents can only be a positive in terms of supporting learners.

Please click on the link below to access a simple guide to creating a parental account on Edmodo if your child makes use of the site:

A copy of the anthology will be available to view for all pupils and staff in the school library.
